You’re going to have to put down the mayonnaise and Miracle Whip and the ranch dressing for the rest of your life. It’s 300 calories in an ounce. You have no idea what it takes to burn 300 calories. That is what a marathon runner has to burn in three miles. You want an ounce of ranch dressing. You have to go run three miles. If you don’t want to run three miles, you can’t have the ranch dressing.
But you’re not going to put an ounce on your salad. You’re going to put four ounces on there. Oh, now you’ve got to go run 12 miles. Got to go. Run us two 6Ks a day so you can put ranch on your salad. Stop doing that. Don’t do that.
